This paper aimed to recognize the concept of IT crimes, and their
characteristics, as well as to identify the uses of social networking badly and
illegally, as well as to identify the role of various social institutions in reducing
IT crimes, also it aimed to identify the modern ways in facing IT crimes and
risks educationallyupon individuals and society.
The paper consists of an introduction and a conclusion and five sections.
The first section dealt with the definition of the term informatics and technical
offenses.
In the second part, we dealt with the characteristics of IT crimes globally.
Including the difficulty of proofing, monitoring Aand detection without finding
any trace after commissioning crimes. Rely on the top of intelligence in the
commission, in addition to unnecessarily high expertise in the discovery and
thereby reduce and criminalized.
As we approached to the third section, the social implications of
informatics crimes resulting from the misuse of social networking and modern,
including: physical harassment, the risk of chat groups, infringement of third
party rights, financial and moral blackmail, terror, enticement to negative
thoughts, espionage and extortion.
In the fourth section we talked about the role of various social
institutions in reducing IT crimes (IT crimes) of: the role of the mosque in
educating children about the dangers of the use of technology and the reduction
of technical offenses, the role of schools in the reduction of technical offenses
and the role of the modern curriculum in enlightening the young technical risks
and it uses the bad and the responsibility of each individual. Also glancing
penalties for the perpetrators, the role of media in the glances of information and
computer crimes, and the importance of coming together of all these social
institutions in the reduction of these information and technical offenses.
In the fifth section, we identify and display some modern methods in facing
IT crimes and methods of prevention in light of the difficulties faced by the
investigation. Where play the prevention of this crime between security men and
jurisprudence and law as a means of control and reduce the growing risks to the
individual and society. Then we reached the conclusion and the most important
recommendations of this scientific paper.
