الملخص العربى :
    هدف البحث الوقوف على بعض مشکلات نظام الساعات المعتمدة فى الدراسات العليا بکلية التربية جامعة المنصورة وکيفية مواجهتها وکيفية مواجهتها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مکونة من (229) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب الدراسات العليا بکلية التربية جامعة المنصورة ، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من المشکلات أبرزها: ضعف التواصل  بين الإرشاد الأکاديمي وادارة التسجيل، ضعف استقرار الخطط  الدراسية  والتعليمات وتغييرها من فصل الى آخر،انشغال المرشد الأکاديمي بالتدريس في فترة التجريب التي تلي التسجيل مباشرة ، سوء تقدير الطالب لإمکانياته وضياع وقته في تسجيل مقررات وحذفها.

The aim of the research is to identify some of the problems of the credit hours system in graduate studies at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, how to face them and how to face them, and the research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample consisting of (229) of faculty members and graduate students at the Faculty of Education Mansoura University, and the research reached To a set of problems, the most prominent of which are: poor communication between academic guidance and registration management, poor stability of study plans and instructions and changing them from one chapter to another, the academic counselor's preoccupation with teaching in the trial period immediately after registration, poor student appreciation of his capabilities and wasting his time in recording decisions and deleting them..
