لقد شهدت العقود الأخيرة تطورات کمية ونوعية في ميدان التربية الخاصة، وحدثت تجديدات تربوية هامة للمحتاجين لها، أظهرت التغير المختلف الذي برز في التعامل مع هذه الفئة من فترة الإساءة اللفظية والعملية تجاههم إلى فترة الاهتمام بهم بإنشاء المؤسسات والمراکز الخاصة بهم، وإيجاد المتخصصين والمدربين للتعامل معهم.(الجلامدة،2015، 13)
ومن هنا تبرز مشکلة البحث والتي يمکن بلورتها في التساؤل الرئيس التالي :
کيف يمکن مواجهة بعض المشکلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية ؟ ويتفرع من هذا التساؤل الرئيس التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : -
1. ما الفلسفة الحاکمة لإدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة بجمهورية مصر العربية؟
2. ما المشکلات الإدارية التي تحول دون تحقيق مدارس التربية الخاصة لأهدافها؟
3. ما المتطلبات اللازمة لمواجهة المشکلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية؟
هـدف البحـث
هدف البحث الحالي لمحاولة التوصل إلي أبرز المقترحات لمواجهة بعض المشکلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية.

ترجع أهمية هذا البحث إلي طبيعة الموضوع ذاته، حيث يتناول بعض المشکلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة.

The recent decades have witnessed quantitative and qualitative developments in the field of special education, and there have been important educational innovations for those in need. The various changes that have emerged in dealing with this category of verbal and practical abuse have shown them a period of interest in establishing their own institutions and centers and finding specialists and trainers to deal with them (Al-Jalameda, April 2015, 13)
Hence the problem of research, which can be crystallized in the following main question:
How can you face some administrative problems in special education schools in Dakahlia?
This main question is divided into the following sub-questions:
1. What is the ruling philosophy of the administration of special education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt?
2. What are the administrative problems that prevent the achievement of special education schools for their objectives?
3. What are the necessary requirements to address administrative problems in special education schools in Dakahlia?
Research objective
The objective of the current research to try to reach the most prominent proposals to address some administrative problems in special education schools in Dakahlia Governorate.
