هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي التربية الفكرية نحو البرامج المهنية المقدمة للطلبة في المرحلة الثانوية، والتعرف على العلاقة بين اتجاهات المعلمين وسنوات الخبرة في التدريس. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة التي أعدت بهدف التعرف على اتجاهات المعلمين نحو هذه البرامج المهنية المقدمة لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية، وقد تم بناء الاستبانة بناء على الدراسات السابقة العربية والأجنبية المتصلة بالدراسة الحالية على سبيل المثال وبناء على خبرة الباحثين. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الكمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (95) من معلمي التربية الخاصة في معهد التربية الفكرية وبرامج الدمج في المدارس العادية في القصيم، تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في عام 2022/ 1443 هـ. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي: أن المعلمين يظهرون اتجاهات ايجابيه نحو البرامج المهنية المقدمة لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية في البرامج والمراكز المهنية. المعلمون ذوي سنوات الخبرة في التدريس الأعلى هم الأعلى وعي بالخدمات المهنية المقدمة لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية وبالتالي تكون اتجاهات هؤلاء المعلمين أكثر إيجابية نهو هذه البرامج. يدرك المعلمون بأن الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية يجب أن يكون لديهم القدرة على التمييز في المهارات المفاهيمية والاجتماعية والمهارات اللازمة لأداء أنشطة الحياة اليومية. The study aimed to identify teachers of students with Intellectual disabilities towards professional programs offered to students at the secondary level, and then to identify whether there is a relationship between teachers' attitudes and their years of teaching experience. The study instrument was developed as a questionnaire to identifying teachers' attitudes towards these professional programs. The questionnaire was developed based on the literature reviews deeply investigated all oversees and found them related to the current study. The study utilized the results in a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample consisted of (95) special education teachers in the Institutes for students with Intellectual disabilities and integration programs in regular schools in Qassim. This study was conducted in the year 2022/1443 AH. The result of study was revealed as that: 1- Teachers show positive attitudes towards vocational programs offered to secondary school students in vocational programs and centers. 2- Teachers with more years of experience in teaching are most likely aware of the professional services provided to secondary school students, and therefore the attitudes of these teachers are more positive towards these programs. 3- Teachers were found as more realizable of that student with intellectual disabilities must have the ability to distinguish in conceptual and social and academic outcomes skills to perform activities of daily living.
