هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الکفاءة الذاتية والاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي ومعلمات صعوبات التعلم، والعلاقة بينهم من وجهة نظرهم في المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقة الجوف، والحدود الشمالية، وحائل، وتبوک في المملکة العربية السعودية، والتحقق من أثر متغير الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والالتحاق بدورات تدريبية، والدخل المالي الشهري، في إجاباتهم. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، واستبانة الکفاءة الذاتية، ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي کأدوات لجمع البيانات في دراستها. وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (73) ذَکَراً، و(27) أنثى. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ارتفاع مستوى الکفاءة الذاتية لدى معلمي ومعلمات صعوبات التعلم في المملکة العربية السعودية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.02 من أصل5.00). کما أن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي بلغ (63.93)، واتضح من النتائج أيضاً أن أبرز مستويات الاحتراق النفسي لديهم تمثل في الإنجاز الشخصي بمتوسط (34.53)، يليه الإجهاد الانفعالي بمتوسط (23.30). وأخيراً جاء التجرد من الخواص الشخصية بمتوسط (6.10). وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، يوصي بتحسين مستوى الکفاءة الذاتية لدى معلمي ومعلمات صعوبات التعلم، بتفعيل البرامج التي تعزز قدرتهم على التعامل مع المواقف التعليمية المختلفة. وتطوير برامج إعداد المعلمين في الجامعات قبل الخدمة؛ لتحقيق التوازن بين التعلم النظري والتطبيق العملي. ودراسة العلاقة بين توقعات المعلمين عن الالتزام، والرضا الوظيفي، والسلوکيات الفعلية المتعلقة بالالتزام في العمل. إضافةً إلى إقامة الورش التدريبية، والندوات لتهيئة البيئة المناسبة للتعلم. This study aimed to recognize the level of self-efficacy and burnout among male and female teachers of learning disabilities and the relationship between the two variables from the point of view of teachers in the elementary stage in AlJouf, Northern Borders, Hail, and Tabuk in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also aimed to know the effect of gender, years of experience, training courses and income (salary) in their answers. The researchers used a descriptive method and she used the self-efficacy questionnaire and burnout scale as instruments for collecting data in the study. Sample of the study consisted of (73) males teachers and (27) female teachers. Results of the study indicated that there is a high level of self-efficacy among male and female teachers of learning disabilities in Saudi Arabia with a mean of (4.02 out of 5.00). The level of burnout was (63.93) and most known levels of burnout are: personal achievement with a mean of (34.53) followed by emotional exhaustion with a mean of (23.30) and finally depersonalization with a mean of (6.10). In the light of these results, the researcher recommended to enhance level of self-efficacy among male and female teachers of learning disabilities by activating programs that foster their ability to deal with different educational situations. Furthermore, to develop pre-service teacher preparation programs in universities to make balance between theoretical and practical learning. To study the relation between teachers' expectations about punctuality and job satisfaction and the actual behaviors related to punctuality at work. She also recommended to hold workshops and seminars about creating a suitable environment for learning.
