Abstract

The epistemological experience of the history of human societies has revealed the truth about it: the tasks that are entrusted to the individual to perform. They are numerous and varied according to the administrative arrangements and documentation complications that result from the degree of civilizational upgrading that society is going through.
Throughout history, under Islamic civilization, our societies have gone through a clear degree of civilizational upgrading, which has led to a multiplicity of responsibilities and the complexity of tasks, especially those entrusted to officials and stakeholders in political power.
From these data emerged the historical phenomenon, which we name, in the context of our current research, "Proxies of Special Class ", which means: for a person from among the officials of the state, including the prime minister, ministers, military leaders, wealthy people, jurists, judges, and others close to the central authority, to assign a person on his behalf to perform a task or set of tasks that he represents, in the form and manner which specified by delegate.
This has produced many and various forms of delegate of special class, some of which we see in connection with historical facts in our present research. This has produced many and various forms of delegate of special class, some of which we see in connection with historical facts in our present research.
Despite the multiplicity of tasks performed by proxies of special class in the state administration, which was reflected in many historical facts, it wasn't mention in previous researches.
