Abstract

Sodium dodecyl-suphale polyacrealamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) is used for CHARacterization of the antigenic properties of crude and exre;ory secretory (E/S) antigens of fasciola gigantic and papraphistomum microbothrium. The study proved that in spite of the existence of identical packages protein antigens in worms under study , but it packs a protein other specific type of parasite antigens each separately . In worms hepatic found 2 pack of proteinuria private Palantejan record of the worm full while and found a protein different , especially in the same antigenic record of worms Albarmfestumm full On the other hand , the antigen prepared from the metabolism of worms hepatic proved the existence of a package of proteinuria and one of its own , while that of the worms Albarmfestumm showed three packages of its own protein . The study concluded the possibility of recommending the use of electrolysis in the urinary acrylamide generation in the diagnosis of these parasites
