Creativity and innovation are among the most important goals that education seeks to achieve in developed societies because creators and innovators play an active role in the development and advancement of their societies in all fields. This study aims to clarify the nature of creativity and innovation and their definitions, components and importance in the rapid changes of the current era and to prepare for what future generations will face in the future. The study also highlights the definition of the creative child, his traits, needs, factors that help to develop his creativity, the types of creative abilities and obstacles to creativity.  In addition, it stresses the activities and skills that the teacher adopts in order to develop the child's creativity in the Current Century, with a focus on the role of the family as a whole and the mother in particular in helping to do so. Besides, referring to the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in nurturing creativity and innovators.
