الملخص

تبحث هذه الدراسة في علاقة إسرائيل بدول شرق إفريقيا وتستعرض سلسلة من التدخلات التي حدثت، ويتناول بشکل خاص علاقات إسرائيل مع إثيوبيا والسودان. کما تنظر الدراسة إلى التدخل الإسرائيلي في شرق إفريقيا من منظور إسرائيل باعتباره رأس حربة للدول الاستعمارية، وأبرزها الولايات المتحدة، التي تتمثل مهمتها في العمل ضد القضايا العربية، وبالأخص المصرية کما في قضية سد النهضة الأثيوبي، وضد النفوذ الروسي والصيني في شرق إفريقيا.
ومع ذلک، يمکن تلخيص الأهداف الرئيسية لهذه الورقة على النحو التالي، للتحقيق في الدوافع وراء السياسة الإسرائيلية الموجهة نحو شرق إفريقيا، لتحديد الجذور الکامنة وراء العلاقات الإسرائيلية مع دول شرق إفريقيا (أثيوبيا - السودان)، لتتبع أثر الوجود الإسرائيلي في شرق إفريقيا، للکشف عن مستقبل الدور المصري في شرق إفريقيا.

Abstract

This study examines Israel's relationship with East African . It addresses in particular Israel's connections with Ethiopia and Sudan. The study also looks at Israeli intervention in East Africa from the prism of Israel as a spearhead for colonial countries, most notably the United States, whose mission is to work against Arab causes, especially Egyptian, as in the case of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, and against Russian and Chinese influence in East Africa.
However, the main objectives of this paper can be summarized as follows, to investigate the motives behind The Israeli oriented policy towards East Africa, to define the roots underlying Israeli relations with East African countries (Ethiopia - Sudan), to trace the impact of Israeli presence in East Africa, to detect the future of the Egyptian role in East Africa.
