Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the research is to (Verifying the effectiveness of a training program based on some neuro-linguistic programming techniques to develop creative personality traits (originality - flexibility - fluency - awareness of details - sensitivity to problems) among pre-service teachers of children with special needs. Verifying the effectiveness of a training program based on some neuro-linguistic programming techniques to develop metacognitive skills (planning-monitoring-evaluation) for pre-service teachers of children with special needs. Verifying the continuity of the effectiveness of a training program based on some neuro-linguistic programming techniques to develop creative personality traits and metacognitive skills for pre-service teachers of children with special needs, which may lead to better performance for them. The basic research sample consisted of (100 students), divided into (50) female teachers for children with special needs as an experimental group and (50) female teachers for children with special needs as a control group, all of them in the fourth year of the program for preparing vocational rehabilitation teachers for children with special needs at the College of Early Childhood Education Mansoura University. The research tools consisted of (A scale of creative personality traits for pre-service teachers of children with special needs., A measure of metacognitive skills for pre-service teachers of children with special needs., A training program based on some neuro-linguistic programming techniques to develop creative personality traits and metacognitive skills for pre-service teachers of children with special needs, all of them (prepared by the researcher) The results of the research showed: (The effectiveness of a training program based on some NLP techniques in developing creative personality traits (originality - flexibility - fluency - perceiving details - sensitivity to problems) and metacognitive skills (planning - monitoring - evaluation) for teachers of children with special needs pre-service and continuity Effectiveness After a period of time has passed from its application (a month). The rate of improvement in the performance of teachers of children with special needs before service in the program is large, which indicates that they have been greatly affected by the program, which can generalize the use of the program and its results on the same characteristics of the age group of the sample used in the research.
