Abstract:
The current research aims to develop some professional competencies for a sample of blended education students enrolled in the kindergarten program in light of their training needs. The research was applied to a sample of (60)female students, with (30)female students for the experimental group, (30)female students for the control group The quasi-experimental approach with two experimental and control groups was used, and the researcher prepared two tools for collecting research data, namely, the training needs questionnaire and the professional skills scale in kindergarten.
The results of the research have reached a set of professional competencies that students of blended education need to be trained on, and these competencies were determined in (efficiencies of planning and implementing the activity - competencies of production and use of educational aids- competencies of classroom management - competencies of child evaluation), and the results showed the effectiveness of the program in developing some Professional competencies in kindergartens among students of blended education, and the research recommended the necessity of studying training needs before preparing training programs, adding practical parts to the theoretical courses included in the kindergarten program, and paying attention to the category of blended education students by researchers in order to raise the professional and scientific level of this category.
