the research aimed to design a training program to develop the skills of designing and preparing gloved dolls for the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education  Minya University, to know the effect of the training program to develop the skills of designing and preparing gloves for the student teacher, and the experimental approach based on the semi-experimental design with one group was followed to suit the nature of This research, by following the pre and post measurement of the research sample, and the most important results resulted in the effectiveness of the training program to develop the skills of designing and preparing gloves for the student teacher.
