غدت المعرفة ﻣﻮﺭﺩﺍً جديداً ﻟﻠﺘﻨﻤﻴـﺔ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼـﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ، ﻭﻗﻮﺓ الدفع ﺍﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﺔ للنمو ﻭﺍﻹﻧﺘﺎﺝ ﻭتقدّم الأُمم ، حيث ﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ العالمى ﻋﻠﻰ المعرفة، واتجهت الدول ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ نحو بناء أُسس ﻣﺘﻴﻨﺔ لهذا ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ، ﻭذلک ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎﺭ في المعرفة ﻭتحديد ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻵﻳﻠﺔ إلى تخفيض مُعدلات ﺍﻷﻣﻴﺔ ﻭتطويرﺁﻟﻴﺎﺕ التعليم ﻭبناء مجتمع معرفى يقوم ﻋﻠﻰ التطوير ﺍﻟﺘقنى ﻭﺗﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ الإبداع ﻭﺍﻻﺑﺘﻜﺎﺭ، من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة التي تُعدُّ الهدف الأساسي والأسمى للعالم أجمع ، دولاً ومُؤسسات إقليمية ودولية ، ولقد أدرکت مصر أهمية بناء الاقتصاد المعرفي کمطلب جوهري يفرضه عصر العولمة ودوره في زيادة قدرتها التنافسية ، حيث قامت مصر بإنشاء أجهزة رسمية متخصصة لجمع المعلومات المختلفة ونشرها، بالإضافة إلى تخصيص مواقع إلکترونية للوزارات الحکومية المختلفة ، وقد بلغ عدد المستخدمين للإنترنت في مصر مطلع عام 2017م حوالي33.7مليون مُستخدم ، کما بلغ متوسط معدل النمو السنوي لنصيب الفرد من السعة الدولية للإنترنت خلال الفترة (2013-2017) ٥٠.٣٨ %، وعلى الرغم من سعى مصر واهتمامها بالتحول إلى الاقتصاد المعرفي إلاّ أنّها لم تحقق المنافع المرجوة التي نالتها العديد من دول العالم المُتقدم، وتتناول هذه الورقة البحثية تقييم لاقتصاد المعرفة في مصر ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة .
Abstract Knowledge has become a new resource for economic and social development, and the main driving force for growth, production and the progress of nations. The global economy has become increasingly dependent on knowledge. Industrialized countries have tended to build solid foundations for this type of economy, thus enabling them to invest in the economy. Education and building a knowledge society based on technical development and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, in order to achieve sustainable development Egypt has recognized the importance of building the knowledge economy as a fundamental requirement imposed by the age of globalization and its importance in increasing its competitiveness. Egypt has dedicated websites to various government ministries in addition to establishing specialized official bodies to collect various information. The number of Internet users in Egypt at the beginning of the year 2017 was about 33.7 million users, The average annual growth rate of per capita international Internet capacity during the period (2013-2017) was 50.38%, Although Egypt is interested in the transition to a knowledge economy, it has not achieved the desired benefits that many countries in the developed world have received. This paper deals with an assessment of the knowledge economy in Egypt and its role in achieving sustainable development.
