هدف البحث الراهن إلى دراسة مؤشرات جودة الحياة الصحية لدى المعلمات المريضات بالسكري من النوع الثاني وعلاقتها بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية، وهي نوع المرض(مرض السكر، مرض السكر مصاحب لأمراض أخرى) لدى المعلمات المريضات بالسكري من النوع الثاني، ومدة الإصابة بالمرض، نوع العلاج، ومستوى الدخل)، بلغ عدد المشاركين (123) من المعلمات المريضات بالسكري من النوع الثاني في محافظة الفيوم، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في مؤشرات جودة الحياة الصحية تعزى إلى نوع المرض (مرض السكر، مرض السكر مصاحب لأمراض أخرى) لدى المعلمات المريضات بالسكري من النوع الثاني في مؤشرين هما: مؤشر الصحة العامة، ومؤشر حدود النشاط اليومي لصالح مرضى السكري من من النوع الثاني، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مؤشرات جودة الحياة الصحية تعزى إلى مدة الإصابة بالمرض لصالح أقل من ثلاث سنوات في مؤشر إدراكات الصحة في حاضرها ومستقبلها، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مؤشرات جودة الحياة الصحية تعزى إلى نوع العلاج لصالح (الأقراص فقط، حقن فقط، أقراص وعلاج مكمل) في مؤشرات هي: مؤشر الأداء الاجتماعي، ومؤشر الحيوية والحالة المعنوية العامة، مؤشر إدراكات الصحة في حاضرها ومستقبلها، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مؤشرات جودة الحياة الصحية تعزى إلى مستوى الدخل لصالح الدخل الذي يكفي لسد الضروريات والكماليات ويبقى فائض في مؤشرين هما مؤشر الصحة العامة، ومؤشر الحيوية والحالة المعنوية.

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to study the indicators of the quality of healthy life for female parameters of patients with type 2 diabetes and their relationship to some demographic variables, namely the type of disease (diabetes, diabetes associated with other diseases) among the parameters of patients with type 2 diabetes, the duration of the disease, type of treatment, and level of treatment. Income), the number of participants amounted to (123) female teachers with type 2 diabetes in Fayoum Governorate, and the results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences in the indicators of healthy quality of life attributed to the type of disease (diabetes, diabetes associated with other diseases) among Parameters of patients with type 2 diabetes in two indicators: the general health index, the daily activity limits index in favor of type 2 diabetes patients, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the health quality of life indicators attributed to the duration of the disease in favor of less than three years in the health perceptions index. In its present and future, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the indicators of quality of healthy life attributed to the type of treatment in favor of (tablets only, injections only, tablets and complementary treatment) in indicators: social performance index, vitality index and the concerned status Public quality, an indicator of health perceptions in its present and future, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the indicators of the quality of healthy life attributed to the level of income in favor of the income that is sufficient to meet the necessities and luxuries, and there remains a surplus in two indicators: the public health index, and the vitality and morale index.
