هدفت البحث إلى: تعرف الأسس النظرية والفكرية للكفاءة الداخلية بالمؤسسات التعليمية، والتعرف على دور المشاركة المجتمعية فى رفع الكفاءة الداخلية بمدارس التعليم الأساسى بمحافظة المنيا، ومعرفة الواقع الراهن لدور المشاركة المجتمعية فى تحقيق الكفاءة الداخلية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي ميدانياً، اعتمد البحث في إجراءاته على المنهج الوصفي الذي يعبر عن مجموعة من الإجراءات التى تتكامل لوصف الظاهرة أو الموضوع اعتمادًا على جمع الحقائق والبيانات وتصنيفها ومعالجتها وتحليلها تحليلا كافيا ودقيقا لاستخلاص دلالتها من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج وتعميمات عن الظاهرة أو الموضوع محل الدراسة ، وقام الباحث بتصميم استبانة لقياس آراء عينة البحث، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (185) فرد من إجمالي(300) فرد يمثلون إدارة التعليم الاساسي بمحافظة المنيا.
وقد توصل البحث إلى بعض النتائج, من أهمها:أن دور المشاركة المجتمعية فى تحقيق الكفاءة الداخلية لمدارس التعليم الأساسي يتحقق بدرجة متوسطة.

The research aimed to: Identify the theoretical and intellectual foundations of internal efficiency in educational institutions, and identify the role of community participation in raising internal efficiency in basic education schools in Minya Governorate.And knowing the current reality of the role of community participation in achieving internal efficiency in basic education schools in the field In its procedures, the research relied on the descriptive approach, which expresses a set of procedures that are integrated to describe the phenomenon or topic depending on the collection, classification, processing and analysis of facts and data and an adequate and accurate analysis to extract its significance in order to reach results and generalizations about the phenomenon or topic under study, and the researcher designed a questionnaire to measure The opinions of the research sample, and a random sample of (185) individuals was selected out of a total of (300) individuals representing the Department of Basic Education in Minya Governorate. The research reached some results, the most important of which are: The role of community participation in achieving the internal efficiency of basic education schools is achieved to a moderate degree.
