هدف البحث الحالي إلي تنمية مهارات إنتاج بطاقات تعليمية معززة بفيديوهات والإتجاه نحو بيئة التعلم لدى الطالبات المعلمات بالتربية الخاصة شعبة الإعاقة العقلية فى كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة. وقد اقتصر البحث علي مجموعة تجريبية واحدة من الطالبات المعلمات بالمستوى الثالث برنامج التربية الخاصة شعبة الاعاقة العقلية بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة الفيوم قوامها 20 طالبة ، تم تطبيق أدوات البحث والتى اشتملت على مادة المعالجة التجريبية وهى بيئة تعلم إلكترونية عبر الويب قائمة على نمط المحفزات التعليمية لوحات المتصدرين، وأدوات القياس التي تمثلت في اختبار تحصيلي، وبطاقة ملاحظة، بطاقة تقييم جودة المنتج، مقياس إتجاه الطالبات المعلمات نحو بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية .
وقد توصل البحث إلي وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية فى التطبيقين القبلى والبعدى لكل من الإختبار التحصيلى وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء وبطاقة تقييم جودة المنتج، مقياس الإتجاه نحو بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية لصالح التطبيق البعدى، مع وجود علاقة إرتباطية قوية بين الإختبار التحصيلى وبطاقة الملاحظة وبطاقة تقييم جودة المنتج، مقياس الإتجاه مما يدل علي فاعلية نمط المحفزات التعليمية لوحات المتصدرين في عملية التعليم والتعلم وإكساب المهارات المعرفية والأدائية لإنتاج بطاقات تعليمية معززة بفيديوهات وكذلك تنمية الإتجاه نحو البيئة لدي المجموعة التجريبية.

Summary
The aim of the current research is to develop the skills of producing Augmented Educational Cards with videos the development of an attitude towards the learning environment for female student Teachers in Special Education, the Mental Disability Division at The Faculty of Early Childhood Fayoum University.The research was limited to an experimental group of 20 female student Teachers at the third level, the Special Education Program, Mental Disability Division, Faculty of Early Childhood, Fayoum University The research tools were implemented, which included the Experimental Processing material, a web-based e-learning environment based on the pattern of Electronic Games Incentives leaderboards, The measurement tools represented in an achievement test, a note card, and a product quality assessment card, and a measure of student teachers' attitude toward the e-learning environment.
The research found that there is a statistically significant difference between the scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the achievement test, performance note card, product quality assessment card, the measure of attitude towards the e-learning environment in favor of the post application, with a strong correlation between the achievement test and the observation card. The product quality assessment card, the attitude scale, which indicates the effectiveness of the pattern of Electronic Games Incentives leaderboards in the teaching and learning process and the acquisition of cognitive and performance skills to produce Augmented Educational Cards with videos , as well as the development of the attitude towards the environment in the experimental group.
