ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف الإطار النظري والفكري للمنظمة المتعلمة وإمكانية الاستفادة منها في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية ،والكشف عن واقع إدارة مدارس التعليم ما قبل الجامعي في ضوء نموذج بيتر سينج من وجهة نظرقادة الإدارة المدرسية ،ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة ، وكانت من أهم نتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن إدارة مدارس التعليم ما قبل الجامعي لا تشجع العمل الجماعي باعتباره من مصادر التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ، كما لا تبذل إدارة هذه المدارس جهوداً كبيرة في وضع أفكار داعمة لعمليات التطوير الخاصة بالتعليم والتعلم وفق رؤية مشتركة بين القيادات الإدارية ، ولا تربط هذه المرحلة بين الموارد البشرية التي تمتلكها والأصول المادية بطريقة فعالة حتي تنجح في تحقيق  أهدافها التنظيمية . الكلمات المفتاحية :تطوير ،الإدارة المدرسية ،بيتر سينج.     Abstract: The study aimed to identify the theoretical and intellectual framework of the learning organization and the possibility of benefiting from it in the development of school management, and to reveal the reality of the management of pre-university schools in the light of Peter Singh's model from the point of view of school management leaders, and to achieve this the study used the descriptive approach and the case study method, and it was one of the most important The results of the study found that the administration of pre-university schools does not encourage teamwork as it is one of the sources of professional development for faculty membersAlso, the administration of these schools does not make great efforts to develop ideas that support the development processes of teaching and learning according to a common vision among the administrative leaders, and this stage does not link the human resources it owns with the physical assets in an effective manner in order to succeed in achieving its organizational goals.
