المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية لعناصر وأهمية  الإبداع الإداري، أهداف مدارس التعليم المجتمعي، أدوار ميسرات المدارس الصديقة للفتيات، رصد تحقيق المدارس الصديقة للفتيات لأهداف التعليم المجتمعي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، ووضع آليات مقترحة لتنمية مهارات الإبداع الإداري لدى ميسرات المدارس الصديقة للفتيات بمصر علي ضوء أهداف التعليم المجتمعي، اعتمد البحث الحالي  على المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد في إطاره الميداني على استبانة للتعرف على أهداف التعليم المجتمعي، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المدارس الصديقة للفتيات تحقق أهداف التعليم المجتمعي بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (0.589)، وبمتوسط حسابي عام(1.77 من 3) وانتهى البحث بوضع عدة آليات ومقترحات لتنمية مهارات الإبداع الإداري لدى ميسرات المدارس الصديقة للفتيات لتحقق أهداف التعليم المجتمعي بمصر. الكلمات المفتاحية، مهارات الإبداع الإداري، المدارس الصديقة للفتيات، أهداف التعليم المجتمعي   Abstract: This research aims at identifying the thearifical basics and the importance of management creativity, the aims of community education schools, to manitor the targets of community education being achieved by the girls- friendly schools or not to view parnt of the study, proposing mechanisms to develop the management creativity for the elements that help these schools in Egypt regarding the aims of community education This research depended an the descriptive methad and it depended on ustionnaire to paint the targets of community education, This study deduced that the girls- friendly schools achieved same of the targets of community education got are lative weight of(.,589) and arithmetic average of (1,77out of3), the research concluded in proposing many mechanisms and proposal to imprave the skills of management creativity for the simplifiers of girls- friendly schools to achieve the target of community education in Egypt.   Key words , develop the management creativity , the girls- friendly schools , the aims of community education
