ملخص البحث أهداف البحث: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مقومات الضبط المدرسي بإدارة مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمصر وکذلک متطلبات تطبيقه، والوقوف على الوضع الراهن للضبط المدرسي بإدارة مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمصر، والتوصل إلى مقترحات لتفعيل الضبط المدرسي بإدارة مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمصر. منهج البحث وأدواته: اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث تمثلت أداة البحث في الاستبانة.مجتمع الدراسة وعينته: تکون مجتمع الدراسة من (260) فرد من مديرين وهيئة معاونة ومشرفي وموجهي الأنشطة ورواد الفصول  بمدارس التعليم الأساسي الحکومية بمحافظات (الفيوم – المنيا – والقاهرة- الشرقية)، واعتمدت الباحثة على أسلوب العينة العشوائية في تحديد عينة الدراسة. نتائج الدراسة: تتلخص أهم نتائج الدراسة فيما يلي : -     عدم تفعيل لائحة الضبط المدرسي، وعدم وجود لجنة للحماية المدرسية داخل المدارس، وعدم تفعيل البرلمان المدرسي والمجالس الطلابية واللجان المدرسية، وضعف المشارکة المجتمعية وعدم تعاون أولياء الأمور مع إدارة المدرسة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، وضعف الميزانيات المخصصة لممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية للمدارس. Abstract   Research Objectives: The research aims to identify the elements of school control in the administration of basic education schools in Egypt as well as the requirements of its application, and to identify the current status of school control in the management of schools of basic education in Egypt, and to reach proposals to activate the school control in the management of basic education schools in Egypt.Research Methodology and Tools: The research followed the descriptive approach, where the research tool was the questionnaire.The study population and its sample: The study population consisted of (260) members of directors, auxiliary body, supervisors and supervisors of activities and class leaders in the governmental basic education schools in the governorates of (Fayoum - Minya - Cairo - Sharqia ).The researcher relied on the method of random sample in determining the study sample. Results of the study: The main results of the study are as follows: - Failure to activate the school control list, the absence of a committee for school protection within schools, the lack of activation of the school parliament, student councils and school committees, weak community participation, lack of cooperation of parents with the school administration in basic education schools, and weak budgets allocated for the practice of student activities for school
