Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to investigate the structural model between organizational trust and psychological contracts between employees and academic staff members in the private educational and learning organization in Egypt, (Canadian international college CIC). This research is crucial if management researchers are to move forward on other approaches to understanding educational and learning organization as we first must understand how employee feels about their respective Organization. The study method is descriptive correlation. The study population is the employee of the CIC in Egypt employees are selected by simple random method and sampling table (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970).    The study used Pearson correlation coefficient structural equations modeling. The result of the study showed a positive significant relationship between organizational trust (OT) and psychological contracts (PC). Also the positive relation to the related variables of competency, openness & honesty, and reliability and PC fulfillment.
