Abstract This study aims to explore The Impact of Knowledge Management Stages on Organizational Performance in  Public Sector Companies for Pharmaceutical Industries in Egypt. This study adopted - to achieve this objective - a set of hypotheses that were statistically tested, where findings revealed there is a significant intangible effect of all Knowlege Management stages dimensions on the Organizational performance in the  in  Public Sector Companies for Pharmaceutical Industries in Egypt.
