The design of the house in the Ottoman era had a different philosophy from it at the present time. We find that the interior design and furniture reflect the ideology of the society at the time. Because of the domination of religious beliefs on society at this time, this was clearly reflected on the design of architecture and interior design in general, and on furniture design in particular. The ideology of society in the Ottoman era was different from the ideology of society now, today we find that furniture design has differed greatly due to the change in the characteristics of society and its cultural, religious and social backgrounds and requirements of the age, which calls for the importance of studying the determinants and philosophical foundations that affected the design of home furniture in the Ottoman era that meet the needs of man and are in line with the requirements of his time at the time.
