Abstract

The definition of the yarn twisting process is to give the strong yarns necessary to face the stress that is exposed during Production process then textile stage, where the yarn must be produced a minimum limit of the strength of tensile even in the case of yarn used weft which is not exposed too many strains warp to the yarns which goes through many stages during production(4). The main and basic goal of the blending process is to produce yarns and fabrics with good properties that cannot be obtained using only one type of material.(5,6,7) Whenever one of the desired qualities increases by increasing the percentage of  certain material in the mixture, this leads to a decrease in one of the other qualities as a result of the decrease in the ratio of the corresponding material(7). This research aims to provide the properties of the yarns produced with a fixed medium count (count30 English) and using four types of twist factors (2,5, 3, 4, 4,5) for each productive yarn .The researcher produced nine mixtures They are 100% cotton, 100% viscose, 100% polyester, 35% polyester: 65% viscose, 35% viscose: 65% polyester, 35% cotton: 65% viscose, 65% cotton: 35% viscose, 35% cotton: 65% polyester, 65% cotton: 35% polyester and a total of 36 samples and then conducted laboratory tests on those yarns to measure the property of the hairiness
