Abstract

During the past two years, the world and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia witnessed the spread of a global pandemic that is Corona (Coved-19), which affected all aspects of life and all governmental and private sectors as a whole, and had the greatest impact on the education sector, which led it to turn to e-learning and technical orientation using all technological means and harnessing them to teach students both self- and collectively, so it turned to the virtual classroom system that takes place via the Internet through the prior preparation of the faculty member and with the help of materials and multimedia to present the scientific material to the students and reach them to the required knowledge.   Aim of the research is to evaluate the experience of virtual classrooms in teaching the skills necessary for knitting, and we assume that there are statistically significant differences with a significance level of (0.05) between the average of the total scores for each student in the pre-, and post-application of the skills card needed for knitting techniques. Also, there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the frequencies and the percentage For the students' opinions on the effectiveness of the virtual classes on the blackboard platform in providing the students with the necessary skills for knitting techniques. The importance of the research is due to going to virtual classrooms in communicating with students to acquire the necessary skills for knitting techniques and to create a more effective learning environment. Results: One of the results of the research was to confirm the existence of significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of students in the pre and post application of the necessary skills card. For knitting techniques were in favor of dimensional application. The research recommends the inclusion of electronic educational courses within the study plans simultaneously, as well as directing researchers to study learners' attitudes towards virtual classrooms and its importance in increasing knowledge and skill achievement.
