One of the most important objectives of the research is to provide proposed clothing design solutions that meet the needs of the research category in terms of functionality and aesthetics. Methodology: The research followed the experimental approach to measure the impact of the proposed design solutions on the needs of the research sample functionally and aesthetically than other traditional clothes. A form was designed to evaluate the proposed design solutions by the target group, which consisted of (13 doctors, 15 doctors, 15 paramedics, 39 of Nursing staff), and work inside the Assiut University Hospital. Results: Among the most important findings of the research are the presence of statistically significant differences between the proposed design solutions and the current designs in terms of achieving the functional and aesthetic aspect in favor of the proposed design solutions to suit the target group (doctors and nursing staff)
