The technological progress that has spread has become one of the most important scientific tools contributing to the improvement of the level of design and application, which made it in continuous development. The use of technological innovations has led to great changes that have affected the educational process in general and educational in particular. There has been a need for diversity in the use of modern entrances and methods of teaching. There is no doubt that technology has invaded clothes extensively, a garment industry characterized by flexibility due to its products undergoes constant changes and trends of fashion. The technological development included all stages of the production process of clothing from spinning to packing and packaging. Inkjet is one of the most important techniques used in the production of textile printing because it has a significant impact on new business flows, work plans, and creative processes. This is what called the researcher in the field of patrons and printing on a cloth to use technology to make students ready to face the demands of the labor market. Hence the problem of research in answering the following questions: How to use Photoshop in the preparation of models? Is it possible to provide some applied work in electronic form for the design and implementation of printed garments with the technology of inkjet? How to support e-learning with educational programs that improve the level of students in the design of the implementation of printed clothes in colleges and specialized institutes? Research Objectives: 1) To improve the level of applied education and provide simple and modern means to contribute to the practical delivery of information in the field of design and implementation of printed clothes. 2) Make use of the possibilities of the Photoshop program in the production of models for women's printed clothes and the printing drawings. 3) Explain what to consider during the knitting of the satin and skin. 4) Preparation of the scientific and applied steps for the proposed electronic program to learn the basics of the models using Photoshop for the production of printed designs. Research Methodology: the analytical descriptive approach and experimental approach. The study results are; A proposed electronic program has been prepared to learn the basics of the models using Photoshop to make printed designs with the inkjet. The program succeeded in building the Progressive Performance and the program performance by 96.435%. The program has proven effective as the collection of female students increased the percentage difference of 62.59%, that it is effective to use the program for a significant level of 0.05, which confirms the need for the use of multimedia in educational institutions in educational institutions and in self-education.
