Abstract

The rapid evolution of technology and communication techniques, and the emergence of new possibilities especially all Web tools, makes University teaching staff-especially with the increase in the number of students- in dire need always to look for advanced educational techniques, and change pattern of traditional education and even E-learning based in Web In line with the continued of those developments, and its new applications , where  modern social networking has become important and influential tools in social change ,interaction with others ,gain experience ,exchange ideas, share photos, videos, files, and enables them to assemble in private entities have single concerns Under multiple names (such as pages -open , closed and confidential groups, private conversations, , chats groups), so many virtual communities are formed on the Web. In the beginning some Universities  use it as a communication channel in the dissemination of news and connect with  students and all components of the educational process, to achieve the required interaction between them, then it evolved to some educational institutions accreditation in teaching courses to students  using distance education. So these research aims to highlight the importance of using e-learning and distance education in training and education by studying  the possibility of providing a  proposal program the to recruit social media network (Facebook) on e-learning, in the field of  ribbons embroidery. Problem:  Hence the researcher identified the problem: A study on the possibility of using one of social medias (Facebook) in a training course to teach the art of ribbons embroidery and identifying difficulties and problems that might encounter and try to suggest some solutions, as well as to identify the most important advantages of using such network in education. Methodology: analytical descriptive, Semi experimental. Objectives:  1. To design a program for employing social media network (Facebook) on e-learning in the field of ribbon embroidery.  2. Identify the main problems and difficulties facing such kind of education and trying to propose solutions. 3. Identify the most important benefits gained from this kind of education (educational-social-economic ...). 4-Determine the effectiveness of the proposed program in the professionalization trainees ribbon embroidery skill. 5. Select the compatibility (proposed program content) with the potential of the system used for course (Groups) in Facebook application.  6. Design and implement a training program to teach the skill of ribbon embroidery . Results: -The researcher identifies the main problems and difficulties facing this type of education. - Provided some suggestions for solving them. - Identified the most important researcher features gained from this kind of education (educational-social-economic ...). -Determine the effectiveness of the proposed program in professionalization trainees skill of ribbon embroidery . -Assess  the appropriate of(proposed program content) with the potential of the system used by researcher (Groups) in the Facebook application
