This research aimed at design an educational program for some physical education activities skille for learnable mentally handicapped pupils, identify the proposed program's effect on educating some motor skills (track and field competitions – team activities), and to identify the effect of the proposed program in acquiring the mentally handicapped pupils positive positive attitudes towards physical education activities. Experimental approach using single group with pre and post- measurements was used due to its relevance o research nature, main study sample consisted from (10) leranble mentally handicapped pupils in San Mark College in the academic year (2012/2013) , Following data collection tools were used: amended basic motor abilities test for abnormal children, evaluation forms to assess performance level of basic physical education activities skills, skills tests to measure and evaluate physical education activities Skills (under discussion), and a form to identify mentally handicapped pupils trends towards Physical Education activities (designed by researchers), the results revealed that the proposed educational program for learnable mentally handicapped showed statistically significant differences between pre and post for post-measurement at each of amended basic motor abilities, track and field skills and ball games (under study ), mentally handicapped trends towards practicing physical education activities (under discussion)
