Abstract

Two field experiments were carried out at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Environmental Agricultural Sciences (FEAS), Arish University, i, North Sinai and Suez Canal University, Ismailia during two winter seasons of 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. Janka, Janosik, Jabusia andJampol sugar beet varieties were cultured in randomized complete block design (RCBD) under split - plot system with three replications. Measure stability of sugar beet varieties and the effect of capillin concentrations 10, 15 and 20 mgl-1, and application as well as their interactions on growth criteriaand yield attributes. The important The important results could be summarized as follow:Capillin achieved the highest root girth, leaf fresh weight and total soluble solids in the 1st season and root yield and sugar yield in the 2nd season and root fresh weight, sucrose and purity in both seasons. • Capillinachieved the highest root length, root yield and sugar yield in the 2nd season and root, leaf fresh weight in both seasons. • The interaction treatment obtained the highest root girth, root yield, sugar yield and total soluble solidsin the 1st season and root length and root fresh weight in the 2nd season and leaf fresh weightin both seasons. Generally, it could be recommended that fertilizing sugar beet plants with ammonium nitrate 33.5%100 kg N / fed inoculated with capillin(capillin500gml-1) increased the productivity of sugar beet plants under sandy soil conditions.
