Fishing from natural sources or from fish farming activities constitute a major source of animal protein. Fish production in Egypt increased from about 802 thousand ton in 2002 to about 1936 thousand ton in 2018, with an increase of about 141.4%. The research problem is the existence of a fish gap. The general average value of fuels and oils is about 46.9 million pound, increasing annually by a statistically significant amount of about 5.6 million pound, representing about 11.9% of the general annual average during thestudy period.
