Abstract

Undoubtedly, nomadic women as human or human resources influence and are influenced by public policies and development processes and strategies. Insofar as the developmental role of Bedouin women is based on the skills and abilities they enjoy, Their communities, in light of what the set of customs and values ​​and traditions of special importance for the benefit of the corpse at the expense of Bedouin women, and these customs and traditions are evident in the decision-making social and economic ... Etc. This is especially important for the development of nomadic women, not only because of the long neglect of their development, but also because nomadic women play an important and influential role within their families and within their society, and therefore the need to create conditions for their stability and stability, It is therefore a necessary starting point for the transformation of Bedouin society, since the development of Bedouin women and the achievement of decent and decent work is the development of the entire family and thus the development of the social units of the Bedouin community. The study was based on Qualitative methodology, which aims to uncover and explore the conditions and information as perceived by the beneficiaries. The methods of discussion, observation and case studies were used. The main findings of the study dealt with the current situation of the work of Bedouin women in Sinai and the general situation of Bedouin women in Sinai and reviewed the most important challenges to meet the needs of improving the working conditions of Bedouin women in Sinai. The most important needs were the improvement of working conditions for Bedouin women in Sinai from the point of view of the respondents A futuristic vision of reform programs and interventions was introduced to improve the working situation of Bedouin women in Sinai.
