هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى معلمات الرياضيات بمکة المکرمة في ضوء مدخل تکامل ( STEM )، ولتحقيق الهدف تم إعداد استبانة والتأکد من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم طُبقت على عينة من معلمات الرياضيات(83 معلمة رياضيات). وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:
1- درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى معلمة الرياضيات في ضوء مدخل تکامل STEM في مجال التخطيط کانت متوسطة.
2- درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى معلمة الرياضيات في ضوء مدخل تکامل STEM في مجال التنفيذ کانت عالية.
3- درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى معلمة الرياضيات في ضوء مدخل تکامل STEM في مجال التقويم کانت متوسطة.
4- عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( α 0,05 ) في :
- درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى معلمات الرياضيات تبعاً لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية.
- درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى المعلمات الرياضيات تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة.
- درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى المعلمات الرياضيات تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل.
5- وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( α 0,05) في:
- درجة توافر الکفايات التدريسية لدى المعلمات الرياضيات تبعاً لمتغير الدورات التدريبية.
وعلى أثر تلک النتائج وضعت عدد من التوصيات کالتالي:
- تکثيف الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل للمعلمين والمعلمات للتعريف بمدخل تکامل STEM والکفايات التدريسية المناسبة لتحقيق أهدافه.
- توفير البرمجيات والوسائل التعليمية اللازمة لتنفيذ دروس الرياضيات في ضوء مدخل تکامل STEM.
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the degree of teaching competencies availability among mathematics teachers in Makkah in the light of the Integration entry of STEM. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was constructed and verified its validity and stability, and then applied to a sample of 83 mathematics teachers. After collecting and processing the data statistically, the following results were obtained:
1 - The degree of teaching competencies availability among the mathematics teacher in the light of the integration entry of STEM within the planning domain was medium.
2- The degree of teaching competencies availability among the mathematics teacher in the light of the integration entry of STEM within the implementation domain was high.
3- The degree of teaching competencies availability among the mathematics teacher in the light of the integration entry of STEM within the evaluation domain was medium.
4- There were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≥ 0,05) in:

The degree of teaching competencies availability among the mathematics teachers due to the experince variable.
The degree of teaching competencies availability among the mathematics teachers due to the qulification variable.
5- There was a statistically significant difference at the level (α≥ 0,05) in:
The degree of teaching competencies availability among the mathematics teachers due to the training courses variable.
The researcher recommanded the following:
1- Intensifying training courses and workshops for teachers to introduce STEM integration and the teaching competencies to achieve its objectives.
2 - Provide software and teaching aids to implement mathematics lessons in the light of the integration entry of STEM.
