Abstract

This paper introduces deep and carful theoretical and experimental investigations of the magnetizing inrush current (M.I.C.) phenomenon in single phase power transformers, All salient parameters influencing M.I.C. waveform and particushed by the control of the instant of switching the supply to the transformer, the factor which appreciably affects M.I.C.
