Abstract

The importance of this research is highlighted through the study and evaluation of implementing the ISO system in industrial companies managements'. In addition to analyzing the impact of implementing the twenty demands for ISO, each one at a time, on increasing the profit, the company's development and the safety in the work environment of these companies. Five industrial companies who have achieved the ISO were chosen for the purpose of realizing this research's objectives. Moreover, many prolonged interviews were conducted with the Quality Managers of these companies.The two researchers concluded that the adoption of this system largely contributes to increasing the company's profits, develops the company and insures higher safety measures in these companies. Furthermore, there are many other tangible and less obvious benefits. The twenty ISO implementation demands are not of the same importance, some are very significant and others are not as such. Thus, it was a wise decision to adopt the new additions of the ISO systems.
