Abstract

The research problem is summarized in that under the strategic security requirements, the economic developmental elements and great demand for tourism on the South Sinai remain an inhabited area for these ingredients and the popularity of tourism is limited in a small percentage of the territory, while in contrast,
 we find that the cluster of mountain in the territory of South Sinai constituted nearly two-thirds of area at a time there are some strategic axes, valleys, and the most important tourist sites and economic fundamentals, which demonstrate the importance of that region in development to become a great adding factor adding to the regional developmental production, The research aims mainly at clarifying the importance of the mountainous region site located in the province of South Sinai in its ability to maximize the benefit from the tourism elements and compatibility with the economic, social objectives and the strategic 
· defense of the territory of South Sinai, thus positioned to become a great adding factor to the regional developmental production, 
in addition to clarify the features of the urban architectural foundations to establish urban communities, profiting from the past historical heritage, current experiences and features of urban and architectural composition in each of the urban cluster, the architectural cluster, road transport mobility network, and the physical fabric of urban agglomerations in the mountainous areas.
