قامت الباحثة بدراسة بعنوان " نموذج تقييم إلکتروني مقترح للعاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة بني سويف" حيث هدف البحث إلى وضع وتقنين نموذج تقييم الکتروني للعاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة بني سويف، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي على عينة قدرها (100) موظف بمديرية الشباب والرياضة، وکان من أهم النتائج: فعالية نموذج التقييم المقترح للعاملين وسهولة تطبيقه والاستعانة به في رفع کفاءة العاملين بالمؤسسة.The researchers conducted a study entitled “A proposed electronic evaluation model for workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Beni Suef Governorate," where the research aimed to develop and standardize an electronic evaluation form for workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Beni Suef Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample of (100) employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports. Among the most important results: the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model for employees and the ease of its application and use in raising the efficiency of employees in the organization.
