ABSTRACT
The study was aimed to identifying the reality of the application of the dimensions of total quality management from the viewpoint of Jerusalem Electricity Company employees. The study was relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire tool, The study population consisted of all employees of the Jerusalem Electricity Company, who numbered (968). , (169) questionnaires were distributed in a simple random sampling method to the study sample that was identified based on Robert Mason's statistical equation, from which (129) questionnaires were retrieved. Relying on the statistical analysis program (SPSS), the study reached to results of which; Jerusalem Electricity Company applies all dimensions of total quality management to a large extent with a percentage of (81.40%). Also, there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents' responses about the reality of the application of total quality management due to the variables (gender, age, educational qualification). In addition, there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents' responses about the reality of the application of total quality management due to the variable years of service, in favor of those with more than 20 years of experience. The study recommends that the company's senior management pay more attention to improving the application of total quality management; Through continuous training of employees, increasing the participation of employees in the decision-making process, and establishing a good system of rewards and incentives.
