Track and field competitions are considered the basis for sports and Olympic competitions, as their races vary between running, running, jumping, and throwing, all of which are skills that display the individual's ability to physical performance in a way that reflects the natural movements of the human being. This research aims to identify the effect of a training program on some special physical abilities, the digital level, and the reduction of injuries for the javelin throwing race. The research sample was chosen in a deliberate way, consisting of (12) young women from the javelin throwing competition under 16-18 years, whose names are registered with the Egyptian Athletics Federation for the 2020/2021 season.
