Cross-Fit: - Cross-Fit “defined by (Greg Classman) (2016 AD) as “the permanently changing functional movements that are executed with high intensity and controlled (time or repetitions.” - As Medhat Qassem defined Cross-Fit (2016 AD) as "a mixe, body weight exercises, weight lifting exercises, gymnastics and kettle bell exercises." - As Medhat Qassem defined Cross-Fit (2020 AD) that his exercises are general and comprehensive physical and kinetic fitness exercises that are not specialized in a specific type of training. - Throwing competit, and they fall under the type of single screen that starts the start-up phase, and gets rid of these stages as the body and its parts pass through
