Abstract

This research aims at putting a proposed training program using the concurrent training for developing some physical and physiological variables for 400 meter hurdles
The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design of one group of (13) runners under the age of 20 who represented hurdles in the Tanta University national team. The researcher does all the physical and physiological measurements - under consideration- , Arithmetic mean - median - standard deviation - torsional coefficient - simple correlation coefficient of Pearson to calculate "stability of tests - statistically significant significance test" (Z) Mann test to calculate honesty coefficient - test (T) (T.TEST) - percentage of improvement
