Abstract

Aim of the research: The research aims to calculate the appropriate weight of propelling-mechanics, through:
      Define a relationship between anthropometric variables and the player's force to get the most appropriate weight, during carrying a weight in half bending knees mode, so, by vertical jump distance checking plus the weight of the player.
The research sample: The researcher collected a random sample of five players, diverse in weights, physical capabilities and from different sports.
Scientific method; descriptive Curriculum
Measurements tools: Alrstamitr device - Medical scales - measuring force - platform device vertical jump check of stability - the mechanical laws of Newton - Data registration form - a tape to measure - a computer - printer)

Statistical treatment: Arithmetic average -Mediator. - Standard deviation - Torsion coefficient
Research findings: getting the arithmetical relation:

access to the following mathematical relationship: the force exerted in the momentum (the ability) =SQRT player × weight (of the double of gravity × vertical distance)
Access to the dialectical relationship that the direct detection of gravity is the most appropriate in terms of the jump distance and weight of the player.
