The research aims to develop the physical and skillful variables in basketball for educable mentally disabled people through using simple leading up games accompanied by music.  Research methodology:
The researcher used the experimental method because of the nature of the research through the experimental design of one group by pre and post measurements.
Research sample:
Sample was selected purposively from team of youth popular arena in Port Said and who are registered in Egyptian Federation of mental disability of ages stage from (16-18) years old (n=12) , of players of aged5 intelligence proportion ranged between (50-70 degrees) according to data for female players belonging to Egyptian Federation of mental disability through Stanford -Binet test of intelligence.
