Abstract

       indicates a that there is a positive relationship between regular exercise and aging, which is evident by helping to maintain, on the ability to live independently from the risk of bone fractures, and the risk of death from (heart disease, control in the level of blood pressure, prevention of colon cancer, diabetes) and help keep bones and joints, and muscles  healthy, pain control, sense of activity, vitality, keep the balance,  and agility this resulting in reducing the probability of falling, as physical activities help to abandoned elderly from unhealthy habits, such as smoking, use of alcohol and improve their awareness as a result of the evolution of the physical abilities, mental, and earn individual nicer look toward life.(22:7).
