Abstract

 
Wash basin are important products in the sanitary ware industry that are exposed to several stages of production. Studying each stage of production and discovering the various production problems and defects faced by the wash basin during each stage of the important things that the specialist must identify and try to avoid these defects through On the reasons for increasing the production plan and reduce waste by avoiding those defects or trying to control them and through the study (case study inside the factory) was identified most of the common defects in the industry of wash basin and identify solutions proposed to try to reduce e Some of these experiments were conducted to identify ways to overcome the problem of warping.
