تطوير الإدارة الاستراتيجية في التعليم العالي في المملکة العربية  السعودية
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الدور الذي  يمکن ان يسهم به مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية  لتطوير أداء القيادة الجامعية في التعليم العالي في المملکة العربية السعودية  من خلال رصد الأسس الفلسفية لمدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية  و تحديد متطلبات تطوير الإدارة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات السعودية . واتبعت الباحثة  المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للأدبيات المتخصصة في مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية في التعليم العالي . واتضح من النتائج انه من أهم متطلبات تطوير الإدارة الاستراتيجية في التعليم العالي في السعودية هو  التزام الجامعات بتطبيق مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية في جميع سياساتها واجراءاتها الإدارية وتفعيل التقنيات الحديثة التي تساعد على تطبيقها .وما يساعد على ذلک هو تعزيز القدرة الذاتية للجامعة , و إتباع منهج التفکير الاستراتيجي , واعتماد الاستراتيجيات والنماذج الأکثر انتشاراً  للإدارة الاستراتيجية . وقد تم التوصل الى عدد من التوصيات من أهمها أن تتبنى کل جامعة نموذجاً محدداً للإدارة الاستراتيجية أسوة بالجامعات العالمية , خاصة أن هناک العديد من النماذج التي طورت لتغطي المراحل المختلفة للإدارة الاستراتيجية . کذلک لابد أن تحرص الإدارة الجامعية على استقطاب الکفاءات المتميزة في الإدارة الاستراتيجية بهدف رفع کفاءة تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في الجامعة وتحسين أدائها وتطوير خدماتها .
The study aimed to identify the role that can be contributed to by the entrance of the strategic management of the development of the performance of the university leadership in higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the monitoring of the philosophical foundations of the entrance of the strategic management and defining the requirements for the development of the application of strategic management in the Saudi universities . The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach the literature specialized in the entrance of the strategic management in higher education . It was clear from the results that the most important requirements for the development of the application of strategic management in higher education in Saudi Arabia is the commitment of the universities and the application of the administration entrance strategy in all its policies and administrative procedures and activating the modern techniques that help to apply .and help to enhance the capacity of the League , and strategic thinking , approach and the adoption of models and strategies most strategic management . It has been reached a number of recommendations, the most important of each university to adopt a specific model of strategic management of global universities , especially as there are several models that have been developed to cover the various stages of the strategic management . Also, it must ensure that the university administration to attract distinct competencies in strategic management, with a view to raising the efficiency of the application of strategic management in the university and improve their performance and develop their services .
