هدف البحث الحالى إلى التحقق من وجود علاقة بين المفاهيم العلمية وأنماط السيطرة الدماغية لدى  طلاب الصف الأول الثانوى  ، وتکونت العينة من 43 طالبة من الصف الاول الثانوى تم استبعاد 15 طالبة لإجابتهم على أداة واحدة فقط من أداتى البحث  ، واستخدمت الباحثة اختبار المفاهيم العلمية (إعداد الباحثة ) ومقياس تورانس لأنماط السيطرة الدماغية  ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة بين المفاهيم العلمية وأنماط السيطرة الدماغية ، کما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات فى اختبار المفاهيم العلمية تعزو إلى أنماط السيطرة الدماغية ( أيمن – أيسر) .
    This  study aimes to identify the Relation ship between science concepts in biology  and Hemispheric Dominance stylesfor first grade  secondary students , the sample consisted of ( 43 ) female students of the first grade  secondary , the researcher used the science concepts test ( preparation of the researcher ) , and Torrance test for Hemispheric Dominance styles  , the results of the study showed that  there arent relation ship between science concepts in biology  and Hemispheric Dominance styles ,  and there aren't statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students on the science concepts test attributed to  Hemispheric Dominance styles ( left – right )
