هدفت هذه الدارسة  إلى التعرف على فاعلية التدريب على مهارات التفکير الإبتکارى وأثره فى تحسين جودة الحياة لدى التلاميذ ذوى الإعاقة السمعية البسيطة.
اشتملت عينة الدراسة على عدد (25) تلميذاً من فئة ضعاف السمع البسيط بدرجة تتراوح ما بين (27إلى 40) ديسيبل وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (15 إلى 19 سنة) بمدرسة الأمل بحلوان.
أعد الباحثان برنامجاً لتنمية مهارات التفکير الإبتکارى ومقياس جودة الحياة وتم استخدام  مقياس التفکير الإبتکارى (الصورة الشکلية ب).
توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى حدوث تحسن فى مهارات التفکير الابتکارى وجودة الحياة حيث کانت الفروق فى اتجاه القياس البعدى وقد عزا الباحث هذا التحسن إلى فاعلية التدريب على مهارات الأصالة والمرونة والطلاقة والتفاصيل لدى عينة تتصف بسعة الخيال والقدرة على التأمل کما حدث نفس التحسن فى مجال جودة الحياة فى أبعاد العلاقات الاجتماعية والاستقلالية والاستمتاع والرضا عن الحياة 
The current study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of training on creative thinking skills and it's effect on quality of life for simple hearing impaired pupils. The sample of the study consisted of (25) simple hearing impaired participants.Their ages ranged from (15:19) year with (27:40 decibel). 
The researchers prepared a program for developing creative thinking skills and quality of  life scale .The reseachers used creative thinking scale (Version B)
The results of  the study showed an improvement in creative thinking skills and quality of life .The differences were in favor of post measurement. The researchers attributed this development in creative thinking skills such as originality, flexibility, fluency, and details to the effectiveness of the training for participnats charchterized by imagination.
There was an improvement in quality of life in the dimensions of social realtionships, autonomy, enjoying and life satisfaction.
