Abstract

Microchemical identification of nine minor Amaryllidaceae alkaloids, Trispheridine, 6-a-ethoxybuphanisine, 6-a-ethoxycrinine, 3-O-acetylpowelline, 3-O-acetylcrinine, Cherylline, flexinine, bulbisine and augustisine by microcrystal techniques and colour reactions is described.
