Abstract

It's about the city Naples before the second world wide war in the past and in the modern time till period after the war, throw the story of the neapolitan young man Massimo De Luca who left the city and went to live in Rome, because in Naples he was not able to find a job, also because of the changes that had happened to the city. In the past it was one of the most Mediterranean cities, with his blue and magnificent sea, the clearness of the sky, but because of the war 1939-1945 the city was destroyed, no more wonderful villas, just buildings with 18 floors, the sea changed his color and become a grey one, for all of this reasons Massimo wants to leave the city, not mentions that Achille Lauro whom was one of the leaders that contribute to make the city in it's worst aspects. In the end Massimo left Naples, but it was one of the hardest decisions that he made ever in his life.
