يهدف هذا البحث إلي تحليل وتصنيف مجموعة غرز الاسموکينج " Smocking" واستخدامها في توظيف مستحدث لمفروشات غرفة النوم ، کما يتبع هذا البحث المنهج ألوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي و يجيب عن التساؤلات الآتية :- 1-    ما هو أنسب تصنيف لمجموعة غرز الاسموکينج "Smocking " ؟ 2-    ما هي نوعيات الخامات والخيوط التي تصلح لتنفيذ مجموعة غرز الاسموکينج   "Smocking " ؟ 3-    هل يمکن توظيف مجموعة غرز الاسموکينج "Smocking " في مفروشات غرفة النوم ( ستارة – مفرش سرير ) کتوظيف مستحدث لها ؟ من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث :  - التوصل إلي تصنيف لمجموعة غرز الاسموکينج " Smocking" وفقاً لنوعية غرز التطريز المستخدمة.  - ملائمة مجموعة غرز الاسموکينج "Smocking " للتوظيف المستحدث في مفروشات غرفة النوم .  -  القماش الساتان و المرکيزيت يصلحان للاستخدام المستحدث لمجموعة غرز الاسموکينج "Smocking " في  مفروشات غرفة النوم .  -  تفوق القماش الساتان في الاستخدام  لمجموعة  غرز الاسموکينج                    "Smocking " کتوظيف مستحدث لهذه الغرزة.  أهم التوصيات فهي إعداد المزيد من البحوث الخاصة بتحليل وتصنيف غرز التطريز حتى يتم توثيقها بصورة علمية بغرض إتقان تدريسها وتوظيفها.   Abstract This study aims to analyze and classify Smocking group stitches and functioning it in Bedroom furnishing as a new function. Aiming to answer these following questions: 1- What are kinds of smocking group stitches ? 2- What is a suitable classification for Smocking group stitches? 3- What are the materials and threads Which suitable for Smocking stitches group ? 4- Can we use Smocking stitches group in bedroom furnishing? The most important results - Classification Smocking stitches group according to Embroidery stitches used. - Smocking stitches group is suitable for Smocking stitches group. - Satan and Marquisette Fabric are newly use of   Smocking stitches group in bedroom furnishing The most important recommendation is prepare extra special studies concerning analyze and Classification of Embroidery stitches in order to be documented in a scientific way for teaching and functioning purposes
